OES 3.0.5 and Offline Admin Tool
oes 3.0.2 released
This release contains some bug fixes, a few new features and significant improvements to the Offline Admin Application.
New features in the website:-
- Changes to entries are now logged at the field-level
- Improved and more-consistent form processing
- Option to add or update the background person record when changing a race entry (this allows you to distinguish between changing an entry to a new person and changing the details of the same person).
New features in the Offline Admin Application:-
- Offline entry maintenance
- Offline addition of new entrants
- Improved result entry
- Prizes can now be based on race phases (e.g. for the winner of a leg in a relay)

oes 3.0.1 for PHP released
This release contains some bug fixes, new features and significant improvements to the Offline Admin Application.

- Teams and clubs can now be enabled at the same time
- Memo-text form fields
- Admin-only form fields
- Numeric form field validation
- Improved results searches for phased time events (relays, triathlons etc)
- Improved content management with options to upload images and files during content maintenance
New features in the Offline Admin Application:-
- Support for multiple phase times (e.g. laps or triathlon stages etc.)
- Flexible entry reporting with stored reports
- Inclusion of user-defined form fields in prize calculations
- Excel 2007 onwards now supported

oes 3.0.0 for PHP released
The PHP version is now available for download from Sourceforge. Following the link on the downloads page.

OES for PHP to be released this week
The PHP version of the openentrysystem will be released later this week (w/c 3 January 2011).

OES for PHP is Live!!
After an intense bout of testing over the past few weeks, this website is now running on the PHP version of OES!!!!
The PHP version is designated version 3.0 although it has only slight functional enhancements over the ASP version 2.0.8.
We'll be uploading the PHP version to Sourceforge over the next few days once we've done a final run-through of the installation routine.
openEntrySystem for PHP is coming
There has been so much demand for a PHP version of openEntrySystem that development has been underway for some time.
The PHP version is in final testing right now and we hope to have a viable version out in early January 2011.
openEntrySystem for PHP will be functionally equivalent to the ASP version.

Version 2 Release
This website has just been upgraded to version 2.0 of the openEntrySystem in preparation for the full release in the next day or so.
