The latest version of OES2 is 2.0.6 which is a production quality version. This version has been live on several sites now without serious problems.

The last version of OES1 is 1.0.7 which is stable but is no longer supported.
Simply download and unzip the file onto your server and follow the instructions in the configuration.doc file. Release notes are in changelog.html.
